Therapeutic approach
(CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based approach that focuses on how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact.
The ways we respond to situations aren’t random or simply “personality traits”—they’re patterns learned over time and shaped by experience. While some of these patterns may have been helpful in the past, they aren’t always effective in the present.
Overview
In my approach, we work together to identify and modify these patterns. CBT goes beyond understanding problems; it emphasizes practical, skills-based interventions that support change. In other words, we don’t stop at “why is this happening?”—we also ask, “what can I do differently?”
Change doesn’t happen overnight. Through targeted techniques and gradual adjustments, you can develop greater flexibility in how you think and respond. The goal of CBT isn’t to avoid difficulties but to equip you with the tools to handle them effectively.
